Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
You can change or cancel your order within the first 12 hours after placing it. Once production starts, modifications are no longer possible.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your region:
- Europe: 3–8 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
Order Processing Time
All items are made to order. Production usually takes 3–6 business days before the order is shipped.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only for defective or misprinted items, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number. We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size or change-of-mind reasons.
