Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days after delivery.

If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Every piece is made on demand — created specifically for you after your order. Because of this, we encourage you to check sizing carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost.

No return needed. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are not covered

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund for the product. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’ll help you get the right one.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned. A new shipping fee applies for the replacement item.
