These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the WEAR OVER website and the purchase of products through our store. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms.

WEAR OVER operates as a made-to-order brand. Each product is produced after an order is placed.

2. Products

All items are produced on demand. This means production begins only after your order is confirmed.

Slight variations in color, print placement, or finish may occur due to the production process.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be modified once production has started.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of errors, fraud suspicion, or product availability issues.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping

Delivery times include both production and shipping.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unworn and in original condition. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are not covered by WEAR OVER.

Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued for the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges are processed after the original item is returned. A new shipping fee applies for the replacement item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us to receive instructions and the return address.

7. Liability

WEAR OVER is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers or external circumstances.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and graphics are the property of WEAR OVER and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
